Our focus on wellness will continue through our affordable veterinary care clinic. Please call 913-596-1000 to make an appointment or for any questions-- we are here to help you! Leave a message if your call is not answered and we will return your call as soon as possible.

In an effort to prevent the spread of the virus, we are asking that all clients remain in their cars and call the phone number listed on signage in our parking lot.

How Drive Up Clinic Works

  1. Clients will park in our front parking lot, as usual, for their appointment
  2. Call the phone number listed on the signage in our parking lot
  3. Someone will come out to your car to complete your paperwork
  4. Please wait in your car with your pet until a member of our medical team comes to get your pet for their appointment
  5. Please remain in your car while your pet is examined

We are working hard to see all clients and pets as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Clinic Services Provided

The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City offers a variety of preventive and veterinary care services. We do not screen based on financial need. We have Spanish translators on staff.

Clients are able to receive preventive health care for their pets including exams, vaccinations and tests for heartworm disease, feline leukemia and feline immunosuppressive virus. We provide basic care for things such as small wounds and flea allergies. We can also provide services such as x-rays, teeth cleaning, extensive lab work, spaying/neutering and other surgeries. We sell heartworm prevention medication for dogs, flea and tick prevention, and other basic pet care products. We also have an online pharmacy.
