A few times each month we pick out several
of our shelter pets, give them a good scrubbing in the tub or extra
brushing, and go out on the town to look for good homes.
Anyone wanting to adopt a pet from one of our satellite
adoptions is asked to fill out an application. Pets are not allowed
to be taken home that same day. Instead, we'll ask you to give us
a call on the following business day. We do this so that you have
some time to think about it without having to hurry and make a decision
that day, and to allow us time to review applications for approval.
If we both agree that this is the pet for you, then we'll set up
a convenient time for you to pick up your new furry friend from our
shelter.

Boozefish
Wine Bar is hosting
this birthday party for dogs and fundraiser for our shelter to celebrate
the bond between humans and our dogs. The cost is $15 per person,
no cost for dogs. Boozefish will be providing the snacks for humans,

Three Dog Bakery will
be providing the canine treats. Beverages are not provided so please
bring your own refreshments to enjoy. Our adoptable dogs will be
on hand to meet and greet, and hopefully to find new homes. RSVP

Bring your dog to our 21st Annual Dog-N-Jog! Participate
in the 1or 2 mile walk or the 1 or 2 mile run. The morning also includes
agility performances, cutest dog costume contest, random prize drawings,
lots of vendor booths and more! If you don't have a dog or if your
dog is looking for a companion, come to our adoption booth and meet
several of our dogs who are looking for homes.
