Master Emcee
NBC Action News Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak, with his weather dogs Stormy and Breezy, and KFKF Radio's Debbie Erikson will be the master emcees.

Race Location
This year’s race will begin at the intersection of Central and Ward Parkway and cover Ward Parkway, Pennsylvania, and Nichols Road. Plenty of Plaza parking will be available for you and your pooch at the Starbuck’s parking lot off Central and the Hall’s parking lot off Wyandotte. Click here for a map of the course.

7 am: Late registration and fun pack pick up begins
8 am: Two mile run – awards to follow
8:30 am: Two mile walk
8:15-9:45 am: Agility performances, cutest dog costume contest, random prize drawings and more!
9:15 am: One mile run – awards to follow
9:30 am: One mile walk
10am: Top pledge collectors honored

Registration
Register by June 7 for $25 or on June 8 for $35. There are several ways to register for Dog-n-Jog.

When you register online before June 1 and set up your FREE personalized fund raising page, your name will be entered into special early bird raffle prize drawings to include Plaza retailer gift certificates, hotel stays, dog training packages and much more!

Pledges
Help the animals by setting up your free personalized fund raising page when you register online! Collecting pledges is easy with your personal fund raising page – friends and family can make their pledges online to support you and your efforts and you don’t have to worry about collecting money to turn in. When you raise more than $50 in pledges your registration fee is waived!

If you choose to collect pledge money in person, all pledge money must be turned in by 9am at the event to qualify for prizes. To help your pledge collection efforts, you can download a pledge form and you may use any additional sheets of paper as needed to record donations.

If you're unable to participate in Dog-n-Jog this year and still want to help the animals, click below to set up your own personalized fund raising page to collections donations for the animals.

Pledge Prizes:
$35 or more raised – Special Dog-n-Jog commemorative gift
$50 or more raised – One Dog-n-Jog entry and a special Dog-n-Jog commemorative gift
$100 or more raised – One Dog-n-Jog entry, a special Dog-n-Jog commemorative gift, and one entry (for every $100 raised) in random drawings for wonderful pet and people prizes.

The top three pledge collectors will be recognized on the Dog-n-Jog stage. These three top pledge collectors will also win fabulous prizes for their efforts to help the animals, including two round trip tickets on Air Tran Airways.

Become a Dog-N-Jog Sponsor
Sponsors for our 21st annual Dog-N-Jog are needed to help raise money for Kansas City's homeless animals. Sponsors can be organizations or businesses that simply want to be a part of the solution to help the animals. There are a variety of monetary sponsorship levels available. We also need in-kind donations.
