You can fill out an application at our shelter or download one here. If you fax or email your completed application to us we can then review your application with you over the phone and do any reference checks that might be needed for approval. Feel free to write notes on your application or send a cover letter if there's more info you'd like to share with us. (The very top portion of the application is for our use.
